Data sources & tag notes
Sources
Item titles, shops, prices, thumbnail links and public descriptions come from public BOOTH pages. The collector scans the VRChat tag and other high-signal entry points (VRChat, VRC, VRC想定, VRChat向け, Modular Avatar, VRCSDK, Quest対応 and similar) and backfills history page by page each day. We keep only the index information and status snapshots we need, never downloadable product files.
Coverage
This is not a complete mirror of every free item on BOOTH. Multiple entry points are de-duplicated and widen recall considerably, but items without relevant keywords or tags can still be missed; the number of entry points and the backfill progress shown on the page indicate current coverage.
Free status
“Free now” means that at the last recheck at least one 0-yen option existed in the item’s structured pricing. An item may also include paid versions, and prices can change at any time.
Compatible avatars
Compatible avatars come from avatar names in titles and descriptions, using a catalog assembled from public VRChat avatar directories. Short or common names only count when there is context such as “対応”, “専用” or “用”, so that ordinary words are not mistaken for avatars.
Compatibility tags
Tags such as VRChat, Unity, Blender, Quest and Modular Avatar come from deterministic rules over page text and BOOTH badges. They may be incomplete, so read the creator’s notes before installing.
License risks
Risk tags only flag keywords that appear on the page, such as no commercial use, no redistribution or attribution required. They are not legal advice and do not replace the full terms of use.
Update frequency
New items and rechecks of price and sales status run in a daily background job; the “Last synced” time on the page shows when the most recent run finished.
